These beaded molecules represent the skeletal chemical structures of three molecules; two of the many compounds found in chocolate (theobromine and phenethylamine), and well as raspberry ketone, the molecule responsible for the smell of fresh red raspberries. Like the real molecules, these beaded versions are mostly flat yet somewhat flexible, and are also color-coded to show the connections between the carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen atoms in each compound.
