Fiberoptic Dodecahedron Set
Fiberoptic Dodecahedron Set
The Fiberoptic Dodecahedron Set is three designs in one! The pattern starts with the beaded bead, which is a sturdy little beaded bead woven from two different sizes of seed beads. The pattern proceeds to the cornerstone of this set, the Fiberoptic Dodecahedron Pendant (check out my free Candy Dodecahedron pattern for an introduction to dodecahedron beaded beads). This design features two-hole SuperDuo beads woven together using in a unique, layered construction technique, and also features bicone crystals in the center of the pendant to mimic the inside-out sparkle of a geode. The resulting pendant is hollow, but stiff and very sturdy, and its holes are large enough so that it can be strung on a chain, cord, or a silk ribbon. Finally, the delicate Fiberoptic Earrings echo the star-shaped faces of the pendant, and these earrings are the perfect companions to complete this geometric set. Combine these designs with the Fiberoptic Duo Beaded Beadsfor even more possibilities.
