Cubed Tilas Beaded Bead
Cubed Tilas Beaded Bead
The Cubed Tilas beaded bead features Miyuki Tila beads, and these two-hole beads sit along the edges of a cube to create this multilayered beaded bead design. This intermediate project uses the right angle weave and circular peyote stitches to create an intricate netting of seed beads, and these beads form both an inner layer on the faces of the cube, and an outer layer on the edges and corners. The Cubed Tilas beaded bead can be strung through two alternate openings on either a wire headpin or a thin beading wire. Create two for a pair of earrings, or string several for a geometry-inspired necklace.
